Your current supplier, like all suppliers are legally bound to provide this within 5 days of your request so this shouldn't be an issue. The process of migrating takes between 7-10 days from the order date and we will need your payment information before we can transfer over your connection. This can be downloaded by clicking here and downloading the direct debit form.
Moving your broadband to Suffolk Online has no setup or migration cost associated so you can move to Suffolk Online free of charge and without worry. Simply get this code from your existing supplier, give it to us and we will do the rest.
