If you would like to order one of Suffolk Online's dialup packages then please fill in the order form below, in conjunction with sending in your completed direct debit which you can get by either downloading below or by selecting on the form that you would like it sent out to your address.

Once we have received your form and payment information we will set your account up with the username and password information detailed in this form. If we are unable to use the username and password detailed on the form for whatever reason we will contact you in due course.

To set up your Internet Access with Suffolk Online we will, as standard, send you out a walk through guide on both the connection itself and email on receipt of both this order and your direct debit. If however you would prefer to be guided through it by one of our support personnel then please select the option on the form for a call back.

We guarantee that within receipt of the necessary documentation we will setup your account within a maximum of 24 hours.
