Line Rental

Line Rental costs £11.90 per month.

Or by Direct Debit £10.90 per month.

FREE to move from your current supplier

FREE 1571 (BT charges £1.00 extra for 1571 if you don't make at least 2 chargeable calls per month).

The cost of installing a new telephone line is £116.33.

(Our lines are effectively 'BT' lines because they are run on the Openreach network. If you want to keep your current broadband provider that's no problem. However line rental is not available on cable lines).

Contracts

The transfer or restart contract term is 3 months and thereafter 1 months notice.

If during this period you are likely to change address then contact our customer services team on 0845 458 9000 for advice.

When installing a new line the minimum contract is 12 months.

Your current service provider should refund any advance payments on your current line rental. Please check the terms of your contract with them

Line Features & Services

Nearly all line features and services (such as 1471) can be transferred, but there are some that are not available.

Call Packages

We offer four different call options, two pay-as-you-go tariffs and two monthly-billed services:

• all prices include VAT

• calls to Mobiles are from just 5.8p per minute

• Daytime, Mobile and International calls are billed by the second

Anytime package
Recommended if you are in during the day and are spending in excess of £20 per month. It costs £9.99 per month and then all Local and National calls are free.

Evenings & Weekends package
Recommended if you aren't in during the day but make plenty of calls during the evening and weekend. Costs £3.99 per month and then Evening & Weekend Local and National calls are free.

Caller Plus tariff
A 'pay-as-you-go' tariff for those customers who prefer to have no monthly charge and tend to make shorter calls. Minimum call charge of 1.175p per call.

Home User tariff
Choose this tariff if you have a low monthly spend. Evening & Weekend Local and National calls cost 4.7p per call for up to 1 hour*, Daytime Local and National Calls 2.94p per minute. Includes the option to upgrade to our International Super Saver Tariff for £1 per month.

*Prices 'Per call' apply to the first sixty minutes of a call. Further talk time is charged at 1.175 pence per minute. Customers are free to hang up and redial.
