New Ways of Finding Out the latest news with Suffolk Online

From today, you can now communicate and find out the very latest news from around the world and in relation to Suffolk Online via 3 new methods - free of charge and most importantly even easier than before. Not only can you still email us at support@suffolkonline.net or call us on 01473 345305 but you can now contact us via our Twitter and Facebook Pages and also subscribe to our RSS feed.

Suffolk Online will also constantly be updating these with the latest Technology, broadband and news from the Suffolk Online helpdesk. Also keep an eye on both our Twitter and Facebook pages as we may publish exclusive offers on them.

Simply look for the small logos on the grey menu - like the ones above and click on either one.

From here you will need to register once, if you haven't already, but from here you can post questions on our twitter or facebook pages and we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. The advantage of communicating via this way is that we may have answered someone before with a similar query to yours, so instead of having to call us you can simply view our Facebook and Twitter pages and get your answer quicker and easier than ever before.

If you are unsure of using Facebook or Twitter, please consult our brief user guide which we hope will help.
