Please find below details of the Suffolk Online helpdesk arrangements over the Christmas period. As is standard, all bank holidays the helpdesk will be closed and on 3 other days we will be operating a reduced service.

Friday 25th December 2009 - Closed

Saturday 26th December 2009- Closed

Sunday 27th December 2009 - Closed

Monday 28th Closed 2009 - Closed

Tuesday 29th Closed 2009 - Reduced Service Available

Wednesday 30th December 2009 - Reduced Service Available

Thursday 31st December 2009 - Reduced Service Available

Friday 1st January 2010- Closed

Saturday 2nd January 2010 - Closed

Sunday 3rd January 2010 - Closed

Monday 4th January 2010 - Normal Service Resumes

As you will notice on the schedule there is reduced service available on 3 days over Christmas, Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th & Thursday 31st December. If you have a service affecting problem e.g. can\'t connect or emails not working, during this period you will be able to call the helpdesk and leave a message. These messages will be periodically checked on these days and someone will get back to you at some point during that day. If It is likely that if the problem is something to do with our core network equipment then it will be cleared automatically in due course anyway. 

All our service platforms (dial-up, email and ADSL broadband) are monitored 24 hours every day and staff are on duty to attend to any problems should they arise. There should never be a situation where one of our network platforms is down for a large period of time.
