Slow Internet Connection Issue

The slow Internet connection issue that was also affecting the sending and receiving of email has now been resolved. Our engineers put a fix in place for this as of Midnight on 13/10/2009 and dialup speeds should be back to normal. We have done several tests this morning and all appears to be fine.

I tried to connect on Wednesday 14th at 3.00 PM and had difficulties Suffolkonline just kept crashing. I tried this evening but it was very long winded. I cannot note any Improvement.

We have tested the connection here several times today following your comment and can't see any issues. We would suggest calling the helpdesk if you are still having an issue.
